Hi I am SC and currently holding a private residential property at Malaysia. I have an intention to upgrade my HDB flat. With the new policy it deter me to upgrade my HDB flat unless I have to let go my oversea private property but I have not intention to sell off as my old parents is staying in the house. With that, can appeal to HDB for the waiver of this policy?

Dear sir, You may try appealing but still subjected for approval. With genuine reasons and supporting evidence in your scenario, I would say that it is worthwhile to try. Alternatively, would there be any alternative options like transferring the property under your parents names instead? Hi Guru, If to appealing from HDB. How to go about. Write-in via email? What is the HDB email address? Usually will take how long for HDB to revert? Or I have to appealing personally at the HDB Branch office?
