Hi, I am relocating to Singapore from India in March. My office is located at Penang Road in Orchard district. I am looking for 2 BHK HDB unit. I do not mind travel time of 15 to 20 mins form home to office. Please suggest the good and affordable locations to stay. What will be rent for such unit.

Hi Dr Zimur, There ain't HDB apartments in Orchard. However, there are HDB units situated nearby , say 10-20 mins journey by public Transport / MRT, I can suggest these HDB units , example in Beach Road, Little India, Jalan Besar etc which may offer you more choices.
