Hi Lee Wah, Am quite surprised that most of my fellow professionals did not give specific advise and left you hung out to dry. In today's resale market, it is advisable to sell first to get the right price before you purchase since I believe that there are loads of units out there available for your purchase unless you have very niche requirements.
