Hi, I am planning to buy house with my wife,we are holding SPR status in S'pre. Currently my wife not in singapore she can be back to S'pre only by next year. Whats the procedure to buy a house with out my wife. Can i add her as occupier and buy house? Kindly advise. thanks

Evening Haroon,

You are only eligible to purchase under Public scheme as you are currently married. As for your wife absence for the purchase, you can have her to assign you as her attorney to complete the necessary documentation.
