Are you eligible for HDB loan and grant or are you talking bank loan? How much loan will be available to you for the purchase? How much CPF OA are available for the purchase? I would need to know all this factors before I can give you the accurate figures.

How much downpayment you need to fork out initially will depends on how much loan can you obtain? Have you do your HLE or IPA?
