Yes you can purchase once you get married. Here is HDB's eligibility criteria off its website

1) You must be an Singaporean Citizen.

2) Non-resident spouse
a) If you are 21 years old or above: Your spouse must have a valid Long Term Visit Pass or Work Pass of at least 6 months from the date of issue at the point of your HFE letter and resale flat application

b) If you are 35 years old or above: Your spouse must have a valid Visit Pass or Work Pass of any validity period at the point of your HFE letter and resale flat application

Besides the standard HDB eligibility stuff, one specific thing you do need to check is whether the non-citizen spouse holds any private properties overseas, as that might affect your HDB eligibility.

If you’re marrying a non-citizen, you don’t need to wait until 35. You can buy under the Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme, provided you’re at least 21. The catch is you’ll only be eligible for a resale flat (not a new BTO), since your spouse isn’t a Singapore Citizen or PR.

For financing, do note:
• You won’t qualify for the HDB housing grants unless your spouse later gets PR.
• You can use your CPF OA and take a bank loan, but not an HDB loan (since it’s with a foreign spouse).
