You and your husband can joint-purchase another hdb flat and request for a 2nd concessionary hdb loan as long as the total household gross salary does not exceed the income of 12k/month.

you are eligible to purchase a resale HDB under non citizen spouse scheme.

But under this scheme, only Singaporean's income will be taken into loan assessment.
