I am looking to sell my 5 room HDB flat (Bukit Panjang). What is the current pricing range for 5 room HDB flats around that area?

a good agt will guide you on financial plannng.. how much can you get after selling the hse.
also past transactions.. sales trends ..surrounding blocks.. your buying plans and options available..

It really depends on which part of Bukit Panjang you are residing at.
