Dear sir/madam, Why the urgency? Your cluster should be directly opposite Woodsvale Condo, therefore the demand there could be pretty healthy. Other than the fact that your unit is on a lower level, the only other reason which could potentially slow down the sales will be ethnic restrictions which maybe applicable for your unit. Perhaps should you be in great need to sell urgently, you may wish to adjust your expectations in terms of pricing as compared to other units available for sale. Good evening seller, As long as your COV asking is reasonable and on par to the market conditions, the whole completion will take about 4 to 6 months. Let me share more information on your unit: Estimated valuation could be in the range of $445k +/- while COV will largely depends on the house condition, facing and other factors. Hope it helps! Dear Sir/Mdm, Thanks for your post in Properyguru. For your concern, to be honest with you, the time taken to transact a HDB has really slowed down compared to the past. So the best strategy to facilitate a fast deal will be to make our price more attractive compared to our competitors. Upon saying that, we will still wish to achieve the highest possible price while balancing the time taken. Maybe we should meet up for a chat. No worries as there are really no obligations at all. The most important thing will be to discuss the possible price range that you're comfortable and how we can better market the unit.
