Hi, I am looking to rent a bachelor/studio suite. I want the whole place to ourselves. No owner stay ins or shared accomodations. I am a Singaporean but have just returned from Canada after being away for 7 years. I am currently staying with my parents and would like to move out. I will be moving out with my fiance who is a Filipino and holds a Canadian PR. My budget ranges from $1000-$1500. In Canada, we rented a townhouse for CAD $1000 which is about $1300 SGD. We would like something like that here in Singapore if possible. But if not then at least something which fits our budget and the whole place is ours only. Please do advise. Hi,..are looking for a hdb or pte to rent?
for a pte studio,it is impossible to get it at $1500. its double the price if you're looking for a pte apartment....do get back to me for the market rate in spore now.thanks.

Hi , it is not possible for you to get a pte at this price whether is a studio or 1 room . If you are really looking for some place with easy transportation , i would suggest you to get yourself prepared to pay at the range from $2.5k - $3k . Actually...i have a studio apartment at THE TRELLIS,...its at Toa Payoh,..walkable to mrt...but then the asking price is 3k..maybe the least i could try for u is 2.8k... Read More
