Hi I am looking to purchase a 2-room BTO under the Singles scheme. Can I check at which point in the flat purchase process do I have to be single? The flat will be held solely under my name. My partner owns her own private apartment, and we are looking to get married in the near term as well.

If you are getting married in the near term and your flat is still under MOP, HDB may require you to sell. Do check with HDB on this as this could have potential consequences. Read More
