Hi I am looking to obtain a resale at Joo seng that just hit MOP or teck ghee vista that is 9 years old, comparatively which would be a better choice and lesser the risk of huge depreciation as we plan to upgrade in 10 years .

Hi sir
From my view, it is better to go for Teck Ghee area since it is a mature estate and the area is in high demand. As you would only be planning to upgrade in 10 years time, there won't be much difference in terms of price between a 15 years old flat and 19 years old flat.
