Hi I am looking to buy a resale 3 Rm or 4 Rm HDB flat for rental income; not likely to sell.

Requirements:
Budget: not more than 650K
In mature estate but not Geylang
Within walking distance of MRT
Near amenities
Easy to rent out to professional tenant (no Indians/PRC)
Expected rental income of 5%
Flat preferably built in/after year 2005, max 10 year old

Please could you suggest which are the suitable HDB estates, their approximate resale prices and expected rental income. Thank you very much for your help.

Morning,

There are units that are within age of 5 to 10 years within Bedok, Queenstown, Tampines, Clementi and Bukit Batok. However, under HDB requirement, HDB owners have to fulfill the MOP prior being eligible to rent out the whole unit.
