Hi, I am looking to buy 5 room in jurong east, i heard that now cov is drop, is it correct or same as before, please advise now how is the COV for 4 or 5 rooms.

Afternoon Aruna,

COV in most HDB unit have declined but uncommon units are still in good demand. 5 room point block with big area size or very near to alot of amenities are still asking at high COV.
