May I know when will you be flying in for viewing? Or do you intend to make a decision to take up rental by viewing through pictures?
Realistically speaking, it will be better to be viewing on site rather than through pictures as:
1) Unit which appeals to you through pictures maybe already taken
2) Pictures taken of unit maybe misleading as only nice pictures are being put up
