Hi I am looking for a penthouse with 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2nd floor having a masterbedroom with either private pool or roof terrace .with budget 700k to 800k in new condo/less than 2 year , Freehold .Location wise , I am flexible . Prefered location 1) East coast or 2) Central 3) city fringe 4) punggol/hougang

Hi Bunawar,

No offence but with your budget, you are only likely to secure a unit with only the 1st level of 2 bedrooms, and very likely the unit will be small in size with limited facilities. More of an apartment than a condo.
