hi I am looking for a Jumbo flat but i am 39 years old single. Am i eligible to buy the jumbo flat jointly with my other sister who is also a Single?

Afternoon, You can either choose to purchase Jumbo unit under single scheme, if you are SC. You will be able to get mortgage from bank as single scheme buyers with HDB loan are only limited to 5 room flat. If you opt to purchase with your sister, she must also be single SC and not having ownership to any property. Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.
