Hi ,
i am looking for 4 room or 5 room HDB in west Zone. i am viewing few flats and i can see the cov is from 30 to 70 K .this seems to be the peak period.
if i buy now , then in future it is an disadvantage ? or should i wait ?
now i am renting a HDB for 1800 SGD .
also is it good to buy Old flats (more thans 20 years) or to but new flats (only within 15 years)? because i can see some old flats COV are little bit lesser than new flats .
