Hi, I am looking at new developments in D16 area and find the pricing between 1100-1200psf for 2 and 3 bedder.
Do you think now is a good time to buy or next year will be better if the market will drop further?

Hi,

Why do you think the market will drop "further"? Has the prices dropped recently? Prices have in fact increased.

I believe now is a good time to buy. Prices will be higher in the near future. With $1,100 - $1,200psf, you can even consider D15, which is considered a prime residential area.
