Hi,

I am living in a condominium. My downstairs neighbour claimed that the cast iron sewerage pipe in the toilet is leaking in their unit below.. It was previously fixed using ultra strength Dual Component Expoy, and there are now new leaks in other parts of the same pipe. What would be the best solution to this problem? Who should be responsbile for payment? Many Tks!
