Hi,

For EC purchase from developers, under Joint Singles Scheme is possible, but you need to have 2 singles of 35 years and above and both SC. Alternatively you can consider private condos that are priced near to EC prices. Thanks and hope to discuss further about your requirements and value-add.

You would need to be above 35 and a SC.
Do you fulfill the criteria?
Otherwise you could alternatively consider private condominiums going as affordable as ECs due to the weak market with better appreciating factor although. There are a couple of things to establish before purchase - IPA, financial illustration etc. Perhaps I could know more about your requirements and budget to conduct a financial computations to assist further.

Unless you are applying as joint singles and both must be singaporean and above 35 years old.

If not, your alternative will be resale HDB or EC or private property.
