I am just married and we have recently got a BTO which will only be available 2014. Meanwhile i am looking at any house which available for resale which are around Teck Whye or choa chu kang area, 5 room / 4 room which is affordable for a newly wed couple who has only very little savings. If the payment by cash is low and the house is affordable and good condition, we might consider giving up our BTO. Any recommendation from the experienced people here :)
