Hi,

I am interested to purchase a unit in geylang (lor 27 / 28) and was told that banks do not provide loans in this area. Is this true and why is this so? In this case, how can i purchase? I am a PR holder.

Hi Melvin, you can contact my bankers for a more accurate assessment of your loan for your purchase. What you heard may not be true, and it is always better to receive confirmation from the bankers.
