Hi,

I am interested to purchase a private property. I will like to know how much loan can I secure? My details are as follow:

- 27 yr old PR
- annual salary of $50,400
- no existing mortgage
- existing liability of study loan

Dear wll,

I do not wish to step over the line in providing you with an estimation since ultimately I am in real estate line as a salesperson and not a banker. For banking details on loan amount you are eligible, you should talk to a banker instead. If you do not know how to go about looking for a banker, I can actually get a few of the bankers I usually work with to contact you with no obligations.
