Since your spouse is working, you should be able to get payslip from the employer. As long as there's official payslip and letter of employment, banks are willing to assess both your credit limit.

Dear Mdm Chong,

Usually, banks in Singapore would need the following* to apply for home loan:
1.Pay Slip
2.CPF contribution
3.Tax Assessment

If your husband were to apply for a bank loan, he would be asked for the above documents* and in the absence of CPF, he could furnish with letter of appointment, pay slips, tax payment (if applicable).

We can also assist you in checking with the various local banks (DBS, OCBC, UOB) and international banks (Standard Chartered, Citibank, etc).
