Hi, i am HDB landlord and the air compressor was spoilt last month (April), without my knowledge, tenant asked his air con technician for service, cases warrenty voided which was still valid till May. And just 2 days ago tenant told me the compressor was not working as told by the air con man whom tenant engaged. Who should responsible? Thank you.
