Hi,

I am HDB 3 room owner. I am paying the bank loan thru my CPF. My spouse is go to working overseas. I am planing stop my work to follow him. Can we deposit money into my CPF account monthly so the loan can be serviced.Is there any CPF or HDB laws being violated for this process. I dont want to sublet and still have 3 years MOP. Pls advice.

Afternoon Tina,

You can definitely vacate your unit and top-up your CPF account via GIRO, to facilitate the monthly installment. Do note that the monthly that have being contributed manually will also be split into multiple accounts.
