Hi, i am having a private property with outstanding loan. Want to buy one more private property. Will I get 80% loan or 70% loan or 60% loan? Pls note that I am not owning any HDB property

As for financing portion, I will suggest you to speak to a few bankers on it. Do you want me to introduce them to you?
As of I know, as long as you have an outstanding housing loan. Your LTV will be up to 60%.
