Sorry to inform you wont be eligible to do so cause one unable to own 2 HDBs at a time.

If you decide to proceed ahead, your parents must be financially capable to take over your existing HDB subject to HDB approval.

The only way to remove your parent's name is to sell the house. This means your name is removed as well. (In short, cannot remove them only)
If you want 2 properties, you need to calculate after selling can your parents buy a 2 flexi and you buy a 4 room or 3 room. Means one HDB each..
Or if you qualify, you can also buy a BTO from HDB.
