Hi, I am eliglible and intending to get a hdb. I have about 30K cash & HLE abt 330K. May I know how much and what kind of hdb can I look at (possible Bt Merah area?) Beside COV, what kind of cash is it needed?

Evening Ms. Kim,

Assuming that you have around $100k CPF, you should be about to get 3 room flat within Bt Merah estate. Since you are using HLE, you should only require additional fund for legal and stamp fee, if you do not have enough CPF.

I have a 3 bedrm that is about $380k. It is at Clementi.

No agent fee, No cov, Minimum renovation required. But house only selling to non-Chinese. Are u eligible?
