Hi, I am divorced and disabled lady age 56, no kid attached as consultant,current situation no roof to put up,looking for hdb flat budget below 200k am I qualify to purchase new 2bedroom flat? second option resale 3 bedroom direct from hdb?

if you have not buy more than 2 time direct from HDB you can try to apply for sale of balance flat or BTO.

if you need to temp housing, HDB can provide unit rental before you collect your key. Read More

Given your age, you should be eligible for Studio units or BTO 2 room flat.

    Hi Mike good day to you,
    Regarding the above enquiry -
    First choice resale 3 bed room ( is there any units available direct from HDB?)
    Second choice direct 2 bed room

    History:
    In late 1980 bought 4 bed room direct from HDB somewhere in 1990 sold
    In 2000 or so bought resale 5 bed room 2 years later due to unforeseen circumstances sold at lost
    I have not own any HDB flat after than.
