Hi, I am currently working in Singapore but my fiancé is located overseas permanently. Both of us are Singapore Citizens. Is it still possible to apply for a BTO? And what if in a couple of years, both of us are permanently located overseas? Are we still eligible to get our keys and are we still subjected to the 5yrs no lease clause?
