Hi, i am currently working and my wife isn't. We are looking to purchase our first BTO. As my income ceiling allows me some housing grant. Was wondering upon successful application of the BTO and grants and my spouse starts to return to the workforce, do we need to return the balance of the grant amount as our income level has now increased?

Hi Sir
No. You are not required to refund the grant amount provided the grant has been disbursed. You may check with HDB in regards to the timeline for grant disbursement for BTO. Do contact me at 93375051  for a free and non obligatory discussions on this.
