Hi,

I am currently selling my HDB shop at AMK. Will this new regulation by the authority affect the price of my property as I was about to pen down the agreement the day after the authority announce this new ruling?

As such, the buyer withdrawn and press down my price by 6% or else the deal is off. Does it really affect commercial property? especially HDB Comercial Shop? Thanks.

Hi Steven,

If residential prices come down due to the government measures, i would think that to a certain extent, will also affect the commercial prices. But the impact to commercial properties will be lesser since they are not affected by SSD.
