Hi,

I am currently owning 4 room HDB flat and is eligible to sell. I am looking for a freehold condo.
But I am unsure of the new measures on the financing aspects (I am still servicing my HDB loan). Kindly advise.

Afternoon Kelvin,

Under your current situation, it's likely that you need to purchase before you start selling. With such situation, it would be better to talk to a banker on your loan quantum, for a possible 80% loan.
