Did your father take subsidy for his purchase previously? If so, he will be considered 2nd timer. For yourself, you will be considered 1st timer, hence still eligible for grant.

If your dad had purchase a subsidized unit from HDB, you will still be eligible for half grant. However, the combined income cannot exceed S$12k.
