Hi, I am currently a SG Citizen, 28 years old. Can i buy re-saled HDB together with my parents(long term social visit pass)? My father owns overseas property but my mother and myself does not.
Am I eligible to apply HDB housing loan?

Hi Sandy,

I am afraid you can't since your parent is only social pass holder. You can consider these two options, to buy a resale only when you are at age of 35, or to buy a private property now.
