Hi I am currently 31 Years Old and Staying with my Parents. Is it possible to buy a HDB on my own?

Otherwise for investment purposes , If I have about 70K in CPF and 100K in Cash.. What can I look at? Looking at good location with high rental yield

Hi,

For Single Singapore Citizen Scheme under ressale HDB, you need to be unmarried and 35 years and above to qualify, hence you can't buy on your own.

It also depends on how much loan you can take up, which in turn depends on your age, income and credit profile and/or any outstanding debt obligations at the moment.
