Hi,
I am considering of getting a 2bedrm condo (for stay) with a budget of max SGD600K. Is it possible to get such unit and is it financially wise to purchase it with monthly salary of about SGD3K-SGD4K with monthly CPF contribution about SGD1.5K. This would be my 1st purchase and i'm a SPR. Please advice.
