Hi, i am confused. As a PR if i want to buy a resale hdb do i have to pay the absd in cash? What about private residential property?

Afternoon,

For PR, when you purchase your first residential property, you are liable to 5% ABSD by cash. This is regardless of HDB or private property.

So for hdb. 3% stamp duty cpf. 5% absd cash?
