Morning Angela,

I can introduce my panel of bankers to advise you on this and on their different banks loan packages.

But you have to bear in mind, as a foreigner purchasing a residential property in Singapore, you will be subject to 15% additional buyer's stamp duty on top of the usual buyer's stamp duty of 3% due to the recent 11 Jan cooling measures.

For instance for a $1M property purchase as a foreigner:

1) 18% buyer's stamp duty -$5400: $174,600
