Hi. I am browsing through some resale flats in Toa Payoh. While the newer resale flats are expensive, there are some which are more affordable but were built in the early 1970s. Is it worth considering those flats?

Afternoon,

Do note that any unit that's more than 40 years of age would mean that you will not be able to utilize all your CPF for payment. It would also mean that you might need to come out with more cash.
