Hi, I am approaching 35 later this year and is interested to buy a resale flat as a single. Is it too early for me to look for a flat now? At which stage must I turn 35 to be eligible for the purchase? At the point I get the key from the previous owner? I'm actually not familiar with the whole process. Thanks!
