Hi, I am an Indian citizen living in singapore from last 6 months.I wish to purchase a flat in singapore either ready to move in, or, in project which will get ready by october-november 2011 or before.Will I be able to get a 1rm/2rm/3rm flat with in a budget of 400K or I need to lift up my budget.
