Hi, I am above 35 and divorced. I have a couple of questions for Gurus here:

1. Can I buy resale HDB Flats?
2. Am I subject to Minimum occupation period if I am taking a bank loan instead of HDB loan?
3. I am looking for 750 sq ft or larger flats with a budget of 400k in either bukit merah area or near ECP beack marine parade - fort road areas. Is this possible?

Afternoon,

If you are SC, you are eligible to purchase HDB resale unit under single scheme. The MOP requirement is 5 years, irregardless of HDB or bank loan. There are some 3 room flat along Telok Blangah and Bukit Purmei which might fit your budget of $400k.
