Sorry to inform you that both of you are only eligible to purchase a resale HDB as SPR household next year in 2024.
Alternatively if you can consider to convert to a Singaporean if eligible so you might be able to purchase a resale HDB with your SPR spouse earlier.
If not, you will have to consider private housing. Will you be open to this option?
