HI. I am a SPR less about 2 years only and my wife recently got her In Principle approval to become Singapore citizen. Am looking to buy a resale HDB. Should i start now or until my wife get the new IC?

It would be good to start the hunt upon receiving the letter to collect your spouse IC. We will need time to work on the financial aspect and hunting for suitable unit.
