Hi. I am a single and under the age of 35. If I apply a BTO now with my parents as the occupier, do my parents need to sell away the current HDB that they are living in when I get the new house? Or can they still keep the flat ownerships of their current house?

Hi,

Your parents must sell their current HDB flat as they cannot own two HDB flats consecutively.
