Hi, I am a Singaporean living overseas and my husband and I will not be back in Singapore for the next few years. We have stayed in that apartment for only a year and have been renting it out until now. Should I stop renting my apartment, will the MOP continue to run and be fulfilled while I am living overseas? That means the apartment will be left vacant while we are overseas.

If it is a condo, there is no Minimum occupation period. But if it is a HDB then you will have such a restriction.

For me to advise you further (if it is a HDB flat), please contact me.
