Hi I am a Singaporean and my wife is non-citizen. Applied HFE total budget for Loan+Grants+CPF OA = 240k~

Applied the HFE with my father (SC) and mother (Non-resident) as co-opcupier as whole family does not own any HDB flats.

Based on today's market I can barely afford any resale flat.. HDB Open market rental is so high now..

The resale flat I can maybe afford is also cannot cover the 95 years. (is it really that bad to buy old flat?)

Will there be any solution for my current situation?

Hi, it might be possible for you to try and apply for hdb rental flats from the government first, before trying to apply for a higher budget unit when it allows .
